Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL at "Made By: TAJ" There are no returns, refunds, exchanges, and no compensation. If for any reason you received the wrong item from what you purchased and the item has not been used, we will allow you to return the item for an exchange or refund. If no return is initiated and if the items are given back used or open, then no exchange or refund will be given. 

"Made By: TAJ" is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or compensation will be given due to the damaging of packaging. Once your order has been "shipped out" it is in the hands of USPS or the carrier you choose. If damages occur to the packaging, please contact the carrier for possible reimbursement. 

Returns and refunds are only given if the product you have received is defective inside of a shipping packaging that received no damage. Notice must be made within 3 days of delivery!  Example: Shipping package is delivered to you in perfect condition. However, after opening your package you notice a rip, tear, hole, or missing piece (string, button, printed design, etc..) 

Please note that if there is an issue involving a defective item for a return photo documentation will be asked to be provided for a possible return and refund process.  

Late delivery of already shipped out items will NOT allow you to receive a refund, return, exchange, or compensation. If your order says shipped, please contact the carrier for updates on your package.

Please note that these return requirements do not include beauty or hair products.
